Release of v0.17.1 and v0.17.2

On the 15th of December we released v0.17.1 and today v0.17.2. These are minor bug fixes and contain the following fixes:

• template:install task malfunctioned in 0.17.0
• Markers with special characters (such as @TODO) caused a XML processing error
